RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Coffee is a consumable product and cannot be returned. However, if something
isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days through the Contact Us page. We’ll
brew up a solution just for you!

Easy! Just follow Amazon’s return instructions. You can access their "Contact Us"
form to start the process.

Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or cancellations—even if it’s
just been a few minutes. Double-check your blend, size, and shipping details
before hitting that “Order” button!

ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Right now, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking info can sometimes be ahead of schedule. Give it a few extra days. If
your order is still MIA, contact our team through the Contact Us page. We’ll help
track it down!

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3–10
business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Rural areas may need
an extra 2–3 days.

Heads up: Delays can happen, but we’ll always do our best to get your coffee to you ASAP!

We process our coffee in Colombia, then send it to our distribution center in Texas
to spread the coffee love across the U.S.

sustainability. We handle every step of the process—milling, roasting, and
distribution—ensuring everything meets organic standards. From bean to cup,
we’re all about quality and care.

perfection.

No way! All the flavors come naturally from the beans. Why fix what isn’t broken?
